WHO ARE WE: Central Property Development Inc. is a family-owned real estate investment holding company strategically investing in commercial grade assets to ensure the continued growth and management of its holdings.

WHAT WE DO: We strive to include in our portfolio a mixed variety of Single-Tenant Net-Leased (STNL) assets with a strategy of long-term hold, debt reduction, equity growth and income security for its investors. We look for assets with minimal Landlord involvement and maximum financial performance. We value strong steady tenants, rent increases to keep up with inflation and the economic advantages provided for both tenant and landlord in the lease back structure.

WHERE: Currently, we own assets in 10 states spanning 22 municipalities. Although we do not have specific location criteria, locale is considered in our overall assessment of potential additions to our portfolio. Our corporate office is in beautiful downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.

WHEN AND WHY: Frequently, our deals are both triggered and driven by the decision to sell using a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. This allows us to remove the substantial tax barrier from continued investment; and instead, provides an opportunity to invest in something possibly larger and continue to stimulate the economy and build our portfolio.
